Project description:

• The project’s idea is to develop cooperation with key stakeholders at the local government level to establish a quality system for sharing knowledge and methodologies between three levels of government: EU, national, and local.
• The goal is to develop a Multidimensional Framework for Energy Renovation that will be suitable for implementation in all participating countries and will evolve into a leading framework for assessing the quality of energy renovations.
• The project emphasizes building the capacity of local governments, specifically in the area of energy renovations through three categories: environmental, economic, and social.
