Hrvatski savjet za zelenu gradnju u suradnji sa Hrvatskom komorom arhitekata i Triple Green Building Group organizira LEED edukaciju 21. i 22. rujna 2015. u ORIS kući Arhitekture. 

Zelena gradnja nema alternative; stoga je diljem svijeta do sada certificirano više od 1,5 mlrd m2 prostorne površine građevina svih vrsta – javne ili komercijalne namjene, višestambenih objekata i obiteljskih kuća, poslovnih tornjeva, ali i čitavih urbanih regija. Doznajte više na sljedećem linku. U Hrvatskoj se sve više investitora okreće prema zelenoj gradnji, te rastu i potrebe za domaćim konzultantima za certificiranje prema međunarodnim standardima zelene gradnje, pri čemu je među najpoznatijima upravo LEED.

LEED® je građevinski sustav rangiranja dizajniran od strane Američkog savjeta za zelenu gradnju. Kada je bio lansiran, LEED je bio prvi nacionalni sustav takve vrste u svijetu, a sada ima preko 100 različitih sustava certificiranja u zemljama diljem svijeta. Cilj i svrha LEED programa i edukacije je jačanje i razvoj tržišta zelene gradnje kroz aplikacije bazirane na “consensus-based” standardima i pružanje jasnog kriterija za mjerenje utjecaja na zgrade tijekom i nakon gradnje. LEED® “pruža neovisnu, provjeru od strane trećih osoba da je građevinski projekt ekološki odgovoran, profitabilan i pruža zdravo okruženje za život i rad.” Općenito LEED® 2009 Rating System nudi četiri moguće razine certificiranja od mogućih 110 bodova: certificirana (40-49), Srebrna (50-59), Zlatna (60-79), i Platinum razina (80 ili više). Bodovi se dodjeljuju u 6 kategorija: Održivo okruženje, efikasno korištenje vodnih resursa, energija i atmosfera, materijali i resursi, kvaliteta unutarnjeg prostora, inovacije i dizajn.

Croatia Green Building Council, in cooperation with the Croatian Chamber of Architects and Triple Green Building Group is organizing LEED education on 21. and 22. September 2015 in ORIS home of Architecture.

Green Building has no alternative; therefore, so far there are more than 1.5 billion m2 space area of various buildings certified – public or commercial purposes, apartment buildings and single-family houses, office towers, as well as whole urban regions. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) is a building rating system designed by the U.S. Green Building council. It was the first national system of its kind in the world when it was launched and now has projects in over 100 countries (including the USA, Canada, Brazil and Italy). The purpose of this voluntary certification program is to strengthen green building market development through the application of “consensus-based” standards and to provide clear criterion for measuring building impacts during and after construction. LEED® “provides independent, third-party verification that a building project is environmentally responsible, profitable and a healthy place to live and work.” In general the LEED® 2009 Rating System offers four possible levels of certification out of a possible 110 points: Certified (40-49), Silver (50-59), Gold (60-79), and Platinum (80 or above). Points are awarded as credits in 6 categories: Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy & Atmosphere, Materials & Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality, and Innovation & Design.
